CENTER DIRECTORS (State certification required/DCYF approval required) - Must be able to run the center as a manager which involves scheduling events, ensuring proper building maintenance, as well as working with families to ensure they are happy with their child's learning experience. (Filed applications are used when additional centers are built).


PRE-K/ KINDERGARTEN/ HEAD TEACHERS (Degree required) - Must have a minimum of BA in ECE and field experience. (HIRING)


LEAD TEACHERS - Must have a minimum of AA in ECE or related field and field experience for infant through 12 year old program. (HIRING)


TEACHER AIDES/ASSISTANTS - Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma. (HIRING)


All candidates are chosen based on experience and/or qualifications. Once hired, all new team members must complete the following before training begins:

  • Physical Exam/ TB Test
  • BCI/BG check through local police department or state police
  • CANTS Clearance through DCYF
  • CPR & First Aid Certification
